i'm not sure if the JRSC uses the stock TB, but i do know that you can use stock TB's from other hondas/acuras that will be in that range.
hondaswap.com has an article w/ the different TB sizes for the different cars.

go here a guy on H-T that bores stock ones, and sand blasts it, new butterfly ect.... check it out good guy http://www.maxbore.com
