nah sorry, but heres a bump

 

Behind the inner door handle (not the one you pull that opens the door, the solid one with the shiny silver piece on it) there is a small hole.
Use a small screwdriver to push that panel out. That will allow you to get to a few screws and remove that piece. Go from there.

Check out k-series.com, they should still have some good DIY instructions for speaker installs.
