Shock noise issue?

Shock noise issue?
Everytime I turn the wheel and go over a bump while turning I hear a funny squeaking noise. Sometimes it can get loud and sometimes it's not so bad. Could it be the shocks on my car are going bad??? Someone let me know what is going on. Thanks
