I recently had to replace the muffler on my 95 Del Sol, and when I dismounted the old muffler the rear bumper cover came down with it. The metal that the top of the bumper cover mounts to was rusted beyond recognition. The styrofoam piece is intact, and there is no other apparent rust on the car.

Is this metal upper mounting piece called the "upper reinforcement"?
Is there a good illustration of the rear bumper components somewhere on the web?
Does anyone know the Honda part number for the piece that I am needing?
Are there any recommended sites for purchasing this part?
Are the screws that come down thru the top of the bumper cover also available?

Any information in this regard will be most appreciated.
