H23= 2.3L DOHC VTEC

it has more displacement

We could tell you what we would do if it was our car, but that does not mean it will suit your needs. Please tells us what you are looking for as far as overall HP, 1/4 mile times, if you want street/strip/road race. Also, tell us how much you are looking to spend, I know you said money is not a problem, but let's be realistic here. One last thing would be to tell us what your current knowledge of Hondas and modifying them is. That would help greatly in us guiding you on your journey.
