Power steering fluid leak

you know if you stick around a little more before shooting your mouth off you would realize the quality of information on this board, although geuninely good, is not always correct and a lot of times posts like this get wiped away because no one answers and they are more worried about having accord in their screen name
my comment was a way to get it to the top and make someone answer it correctly in a short amount of time, I was prepared to give him the help he needed this evening when I had the time but you chimed in with your lovely commentary

ok...calm down girls.. 
The PS hose usually leaks there due to the clamp cutting into the hose after many years...try cutting the hose back beyond where the clamp marks are.. re-attach the hose and clamp and go from there.. re-fill the PS resovoir.. crank the wheel back and forth while the car is running to bleed the air out.. you should have no probs afterwards..
The PS pump will make noise if the fluid level is low..
