I've tried it and it doesn't work.
The eg rails are longer and spaced further apart than your ef seats. Rails mount from the bottom on ed seats while the eg rails mount from the side. Also the eg pan is bigger than the ef pan. EG seats will also sit higher. Welding is the way to go if you really want to install those seats. I've heard of people drilling holes to bolt in the seats but that's ghetto. It's a big waste of time and money IMO.
