all the local shops are not wanting to inspect my car so i need to find one soon as my inspection sticker is almost up. so i thought you guys might be able to help. if you know of any shops or any people that can "help" me out that would be greatly appreciated

what do you have done to the car that won't let you pass? tpipe?

 

they say because its lowered and has a defective exhaust system (bs stuff). i haven't been in the scene long enough to know where the "easy" shops are so i was looking for any suggestions in my general area (central / northern va)

my em1 is lowered with exhaust and I passed fine. They just make sure that the tires don't rub when you turn the wheel, try woodrbidge area.
