According to the cops out here, crossing the DY is illegal. How do they not find anything illegal?

So sad. Sometimes the justice system in this country confuses me. Rest in peace and ride safe guys.

Having been in traffic court twice before and hearing some of the stuff people get off on, it's just rediculous. People in this state are so ******* incompetant sometimes.

I'd place ten to one odds that he [the DA] isn't being completely honest. I'll also bet that he has a serious lack of morals.

I hope he dies.

When the laws don't accurately reflect right and wrong, they must be changed.

Hopefully Karma will pick up the slack.

that sucks, i would have assumed that he would be automatically convicted due to the fact that he was driving illegally (there was no licensed adult in the car, and he only had a permit) but guess i was wrong.

i feel sorry for all parties in the case but there something wrong when people who obviously break the law to have to pay the penalties.
