quick question about timing belt quality
are the timing belts at the local auto shops like kragens and pepboys just as good as the one from the dealership?...how much is for one at the dealer?...thanx

Don't skimp on the part that keeps the engine from destroying itself. $45-$50 for an OEM Honda belt, good for 90K miles, it's really not all that much money.
Buy it from the dealer. The timing belt is a major componant, if it breaks it could destroy your engine. I paid something like $75 for the belt from a local dealer, you can get it a lot cheaper if you look online, I've gone through http://www.acuraautomotiveparts.org/ and they have been good. Just use the search feature of the forum and I'm sure you'll find many places to get OEM Honda parts for cheap.

I recently bought an OEM Honda timing belt, water pump, and tensioner pulley combo from inlinefour.com for right around $200.
My buddy is going to buy that kit from inline four. It looks good, the price is right, and inline four is a goo place to deal with (at least thats what I heard)..
