bending all exhaust valves possible?
My tired b18c1 with 197k miles is about to be ready to be reassembled.
All Im waiting on is the cylinder head, and I got a call today from the shop rebuilding the head.
they told me ALL 8 exhaust valves were bent!!!! Is that possible?
I mean I had 3 cylinders that had next to no pressure, example would be like 50psi, one had 10psi etc.
There was one that had like 215 but that was all it would hold. If you can immagine the car barely would run.
But Ive never heard of all 8 being bent, anyone heard of this?

This is actually possible. When I missed a shift in the lude when I first got it, they were all bent. It was minor, but they were all still bent. I think my compression numbers were like 140, 100, 100, 30 Ofcourse, after the auto-tensioner failed during the GB3k, they were really all bent. 2 of them were missing.
