do you guys have any idea if a b16a2 with high compression can pass smog in California?

maybe with a lil tuning, run in a lil rich bc the high compress will cause a lot of heat which will cause NOx and the rich mix might keep in cool enough, and high octane fuel but its hard to say sorry man
