Default EK 99-00 SIR Headlights

What's up
I used to have CTR headlights, then my car was stolen. I am gonna get them again, but I have seen SIR headlights. They seem to be factory style clear housing, no amber reflector, no chrome housing(like USDM), they also have a city light socket. Does anyone know if these r gunmetal inside like CTR's?? Or r they the same headlight just from a different model civic??

They're not gunmetal, they're just like stock, but with a city light socket and without the reflector.

That coupe does look nice.

But I think dark colour cars go with dark colour light housing; light colour ones go with chrome housing.

I can give you the part numbers for the facelift (fl) ek9 head lights. your honda dealer should be able to order them for you. Cost is about 120 EUR.

Yeah I saw them on passwordjdm.com for $229.99 or something, I do not think they will give me the aggressive look the CTR's did. Damn that gunmetal housing

Hm, I don't quite understand. The EK9 are the CTR headlights with the gunmetal housing - I am confused.

how odd, the EK4 headlights are the same as any other headlights from facelift models, plain chrome, clear lens ...

only the ek9 had the dark chrome ...

well I guess I thought he wanted to know whether or not the normal headlights look like the ek9 and no, they don't.

Anyhow, as I said, if anyone is interested I do have the partnumbers for the fl ek9 hl.

They look good on a black car. I didn't plan on getting the headlights for you. Why don't you take the part numbers to your dealer and get a quote?

Hm, well, over here they in general say the same but with a bit convincing they will get the item for you as long as you have a part number and tell them what market they were produced for.

Shall I enquire for a set of two? shipping would be groundmail, as it is cheapest. I will gladly find out for you what it costs.
