Machine shop in MA/NH area?
Hello everyone. I want to rebuild my 94 GSR engine. It has 165k and I want to start to plan on what I'm going to do. I want to bore/hone/hot tank my block first. I don't want to just send it to any shop and get my cylinder walls all out of whack and my engine blows on the first day. I have looked online to see if I can do it but all the good places (Benson, Import Builders etc.) only do that kind of work if they can throw some sleeves onyour block and I don't have the money for that at the moment ($1,000). Does anyone know any good places online or good machine shops in the MA/NH area that won't screw up my block? Anyone here have experiences with machined bore blocks when they did there rebuild? Thanks alot!
Bump before sleep. Come on need reputable machine shop that specializes in Honda/Acura engine rebuild! MA/NH area! I'll ship it to anywhere if you know someone that'll do a hone/bore/hot tank job on my block without sleeving it.

look in your yellow pages, or business listings for your area. do your research, ask questions, ask to see samples, ask if you could talk to some customers or something. Ask around, word of mouth is strong advertising. GOOD LUCK!!

I don't think they have a website. I've been there. They did work for some guy on Team-Integra... he had good things to say... which is how I found out about it. I went to their shop, it's nice and clean. Awards posted all over the walls.
