ECU was cut at the plugs, I took out the whole main harness and it needs to be replaced. Is waiting for and OBD1 EX Harness my only option? It is called the main harness, correct?
Yeah, main, cabin, interior harness. They're all right.
Your options would be:
-replace the whole harness
-Go to a pick and pull junk yard, cut the connectors off of another civic
or
-since all you need is the connectors, you could purchase like an obd0-obd1 jumper harness, cut the ecu plugs off and wire them to your civic harness.
If you already have the harness removed, I would just go ahead and replace it.

Any obd1 civic(maybe even integra).
If its out of a non-vtec car(that's not a '92), you'll have to add 2 wires to the harness for vtec.
