MotoCzysz MotoGp bike.
Basically a racer(rode in AMA 250cc GP and Formula Xtreme as well as racing cars)named Michael Czysz was inspired by John Britten and decided to design his own motorcycle that he plans to race in MotoGP and Superbike. The guy spent 1.5 million build a single working proof-of-concept prototype.

That guy is crazy. I suppose he could possibly do well in superbike but Moto GP is not for mere mortals or those slight in budget. More power to him though. Speaking of which, I need a subscription to RRW, RRX doesn't come often enough...

He has his own very successful architecture firm and I assume a lot of money to burn. If you look close above the American flag you can see it says "american motogp project" and I hope he gets to run it this year at Laguna
I like RRX but RRW is still by far the best motorcycle magazine. I had been getting the normal crap(motorcyclist etc) until a friend that used to race and now announces for the AMA stopped by and put me on to RRW and showed me what crap the other ones really are.

You can subscribe there, check out the daily news or donate to the air fence fund. Lots of good stuff.
You might also want to check out the WERA message board. Lots of professional riders post there and you can learn a lot of stuff from a lot of very very fast people.
