Do a search you have found alot of info about this. But to answer your question, if all depends on what you do now and till the furture meaning mods off your car. 4-2-1 is for low to mid range and 4-1 is for top end.... what exhaust your going to use? I went with the JDM DC header because of the 2 1/2 outlet..... It all depends on your set up......

The DC Sports headers work great.

Yes, but what do you recommend for a stock internals integra... just CAI, exhaust & headers only. redline at 7,000, 4-1 will give u more power?

Go with the JDM ITR 4-1 header. It has better ground clearance than the DC version and performs just as well.

Are you using your or cat, high flow cat, or test pipe, what kind of an exhaust are you runing.... This thins you need to know.... If you just going to put a hearder on and use or cat then I'll would go with either a DC sport one or mugen that's not 2 1/2 outlet also depends on how much money you are willing to spend on a header? you can spend like 200 to even 900?
