I had 98 my civic dx parked on a hill (facing down hill) with my hand break on, and when I started the engine it made realy weird sounds throughout the whole rpm range. It scared the **** out of me at first, but when I turned the hand break off everything went back to normal. I myself kinda think it wasn't taking the fuel the way it was supposed to, but im still not sure haha. The car is fine with no harm done, just curious.
