Default What is the lowest you can go when getting springs/coilovers?

Im planning on buying either springs or coilovers and the skunk 2 springs lower your front 2.25" and 2.5 in the rear. But I dont know if that is going to be too low or should I go with the eibach sportline springs that do only 1.8" front and rear.

I just need some opinions on what would be the best brand of springs to get without having to worry about clearance problems.

Any suggestions?

BTW I'm im planning on buying a jdm ITR header for my b16. So If I do get the Skunk 2 springs with that be too low or will the header scrape?

Don't buy springs, get skunk2 or GC coilovers.

Most springs don't drop the car evenly, and it will be too low or too high for your taste. Get coilovers so you can adjust them to exactly how you want them to be.

I might jsut go with eibach sportline springs... 1.8" should be low enough for me

Now will I have to worry about clearance problems if I get the JDM ITR header?
