Suggestions for door skins
I have an ek sedan, and need to buy some thin sheet metal, where can i get this.. and should sheet metal be the best. It has to be light, and be able to cut it with hand tools.. ohh and what tools.. tin snips?..
i would use thin aluminum to save on weight. probley 16 gauge would work nice. check in your local yellow pages under "metals", "steel", "welding", etc to find a local metals distributor. or if your lazy and want to waste some cash, check out http://www.mcmaster.com
good luck!

16G aluminum on a steel door? uhh...
i think you can sacrifice a pound or two to go with steel and have it spotted on with a Mig. tin snips will cut light gauge just fine.
