Default Redone compression test and used a stock GSR as a comparison: Bad News Part 2

Guys, you may have seen my previuos posts on my compression. This time I set my cam gears to 0-0 and got still like 220 across the 4 cyliders...and here I have a Mugen headgasket and DPR stage 6 head...and supposed to have like 11.8 compression

Now we take my buddys stock 94 GSR and did the compression test and he comes out with the same numbers..... What on earth is going on?

and still, I can drag race him and beat him..

What gives?

i dont understand it then
if you got more stuff done than your friend
the only other conclusion i would have is your piston rings
umm all together the rebuilding of my bottom end was
around 1300 for parts labor was free
it was done by my sponsor
but he usually charges 600 i think for labor to put together a bottom end
what prices have you seen?

i might be selling mine if the price is right.
i'm also pushing like 90 psi of oil pressure so you'll easily be able to push to 10k

You are being too paranoid.

Whoever told you that static compression is related to your compression test results is smoking some serious crack.

Just becuse you raise your static compression, doesn't mean you will yeild higher compression numbers when you do a compression test. The two are unrelated.

When you do a compression test, you are merely looking for consistency across all the cylinders, the numbers really don't mean much, unless they are abnormally low.

Please understand this and quit losing sleep over it.
