my old 88 steering wheel is starting to squeek. I think wd40 may do the trick but has anyone ever had a squeeling steering wheel besides me?

 

its a common problem if the wheel has been off lately

pull the wheel off and put whatever type of grease you have laying around on the points for the horn

i've used both wheel bearing grease and lithium grease, both have worked for me
