Default Easiest way to get rid of stained water spots?

My girl bought a 2k Civic a while ago but there are like mad water spots on the hood and front end. How do I get rid of them? A friend said I should buff it out.

first thing is don't **** off the mad water spots any further.
you can try a cleaner wax like Mequire's.it may take a a few times to get them out.clay bar may help a little.
if they're really bad,you may have to get a professional to wet sand and/or buff them out.there's not a lot of room to work with stock paint,so you may be stuck with some of it.
