Default my steering wheel has turrets?????

ok after braking my steering wheel starts twitching really badly, does anyone have a clue whats wrong with it? i was thnking myabe something with the power steering pump or somehting because the wheel jerks to the left very abruptly, i think i need an alignment but i dont think that is the cause of this problem because it started doing it all of the sudden tonight, anyone have any clues? thanks

Tourettes?? That's hilarious! It could be that your rotors are warped, since you say this is happening when braking. You also say it pulls to the left...how long has it been since you've bled your brakes? You might want to do that. Also, you should check the left brakes to see if something has malfunctioned in the acutal brake assembly. Good luck!

yeah well its not happenening while braking its like after i brake, then the turrets syndrome starts it is really odd, the car pulls somewhat to the right because i think it needs an alignment but the steering wheel jerks back to the left very abruptly, and it just started doing it an hour ago it wasnt like a graduall process, just all of the sudden............... any more suggestions?

i think your rotors are warped since you say the steering wheel moves back and forth right? also check your tires to see if there are any visible bubbles on the tread or anything.. the wobbly steering wheel is probably a warped rotor..but the pulling to the left could be a number of things.. have you had an alignment? have you bled the brakes? or maybe the brakes are sticking for some reason? check the caliper pin bolts too..

i just got new rotors on my car after about 40K cuz they were warped..

$28/ea + $10 shipping ea for Brembo Blanks OE (www.collettimotorsports.com) they shipped them out quickly and customer service is very good.. also got hawk HPS pads..

yeah maybe it is the rotors, i guess i'll be checking it out tomrorow when i can see, thing is that is isnt doing it all the time either, its primarily after i have slowed down from about 60 and am doin about 40 that it happens and the steering wheel twitches uncontrollably, but its not every time either, bah....................

If its after braking there is a possibility the caliper is sticking.

yeah thats what is so confusing me, its not doing it after braking, just randomly while driving, anybody think it might be the power steering?? if its cutting in and out couldnt it cause the ecleptic jerking that makes me think my car has turret sydrome?
