Default new intake bypass fitv?

im ordering a skunk2 intake manifold for my b18a1 rex and i just read in another post that you have to bypass the fitv but the post was about a b16 . i was wondering if ill have to do the same and if so how? what do i do with the 2 coolant lines that go into the front of the fitv? thanks for the info in advance

You can use a coupling to reconnect the coolant lines when the fitv is removed.
Or
Here's what i did. I removed the fitv and coolant lines and replaced it with a new hose.
Less potential to leak and you're replacing a hose that is probably very old.

thanks for the info just went and picked up new 5/16th hose for it when my intake arrives
