Default Fender Question

I dont want to go into great detail. But the mian question is, If i take off the two bolts on the fender(the two bolt that go behind the side skirt) and put the side back on will the fender still stay secure and not move around.

It will prolly bow out, and it may shake a little, but overall it will stay there. Why are you taking just those two bolts out?

why are you gluing the sides on instead of bolting them?

Or you could use push pins that are used on other parts of the exterior car. I definatly wouldn't glue them on.

but they are the replica ones, so its just fiberglass and no bolts or anythiong just open
, i think they are supose to go over hte stock sides so to keep them there you glue them

Use rivets or screws on each end and if you don't care about ruining the old side skirts
I would run screws into them, or drill holes and use the expanding push pins. That is what i did, and i can easily remove my sideskirt.

expanding plastic push pins....thats the way to go. I work at a body shop, so trust me, just go to your local body shop and ask to buy some or ask where they get em from.
