have you ever had them, or is this what youve read countless others post who have never had them?

Tokico blue are not bad for the price. Just look at it as maybe alittle better than stock plus they are gas charged. Back in the day when they were one of the only shocks available for civics I had em and thought they were the best thing I bought for my car, but like i said that was over 10 years ago. Nowadays, there are probly much better shocks, but for the cash they are good(Way better than stock)

Tokico HPs are not made to handle the spring rates found in GC coilovers (default 350f/250r); they're intended more as a stock replacement, and for mild lowering springs. I'd run at least the Illuminas with default-rate GCs.

Then again, you're currently running OEM dampers with "1 finger gap" and looking to spend $100 on replacements but want a "nice ride" . . . what do you care about suspension tuning . . .

i found some used ones for $100 and they have like 5k miles on them and i figured i couldnt beat that price just for replacements since i have stock. my car is just a dd but i still want a nice ride

i would save your $100 and keep your current setup until you can afford some kyb's, illuminas, or konis.

We (Eibach) have OE replacement dampers now that work pretty well w/ GC`s. They are about the same price as the blues and have a million mile warranty.

Where did u find them at that price... I run blues on my DA w/ VSpec co's and a friend runs blues w/ Skunk2 co's and the ride on both our cars is very sweet... not too stiff, not too soft. IMO they're great for a daily

yES i HAVE HAD tOKICO blues. They came on a civic i once had, so they were somehwat used, but they wore out QUICK and leaked, bouinced on the freeway, and overall sucked for driving.

I switched to brand new KYB AGX ($300 shipped here on HT) and they own tokico blues ALL DAY.

KYB AGX, ILLUMINA

TOKICO BLUE
