weird noise when driving???

Default weird noise when driving???

ok when im driving and i switch gears transmission makes weird winding noise don't know if its a bad thing or not granted it been doing it for about 5 months now and not just sure on what it could be......?

maybe your tranny is being a sook.........my girlfreind likes whining too, maybe you got a female tranny.

Check the fluid levels, is it an auto or a stick? it would make a difference as to what the noise is being caused by. I know my tranny made a whinning noise when it was low on oil and eventually exploded. (Litterly) man that was awesome

your transmission is possessed... haha i dont know man.. but like riceballz said, if its ur reverse gear, its normal, its annoying still =\

its a 5 speed and it sounds like its in reverse in all the gears when im down shifting its just weird and maybe it is low on fluids i kind of neglected my car for about a year not giving a **** about it so maybe that is where i can start thanx

Had the same proplem with my old tranny, Could be your throw out bearing, in my case it was the input shaft bearing
