window problem

my window is off track and the front channel is completely screwed. how i do i replace it?

take off the door panel. 4 screws holding the speaker, 3 screws in the panel to the door. one screw in the window control. it should then come off. tilt it at an angle.

yea i got the door panel off that wasnt a problem but i need to replace the actual seal/run channel the glass sits in any idea how i do this?

haah there is a prob with our ek civics and this.
i payed 40 bucks at a body shop same problem

yea but i dont think there is anyone around for me to pay to replace it so i was hoping to fix it myself

fixed it, was a major pain in the *** pressing that seal back in but hey my window works better then ever!
