Default Motor Mount busted?

Ok...a few weeks ago, i inquired on HT about shaking when i reverse my car. I finally took some pictures of the front mount. What can you guys say about this? is it busted, or just loose? and if its loose, is it an easy fix (just by tightening with a socket wrench)?

Have someone put the car in drive and than reverse. Back and forth slowwwly. Monitor how much the engine is moving at the mount. If the engine is rocking a bunch 1-2 inches or more, you have a bad mount. There are 4 mounts. The one in front and back are typically the first to go due to the torque put against them.

Looking at the pictures, the first seems to have something irregular in that it appears the rubber mount is not tight against the right side of the bracket. It also appears that the right side of the bracket may be bent. The rubber mount should be tight up against both sides of the bracket. You can try to tighten the bolt (nut the nut as it is mechanically captured with a metal hook) to see if you can draw it up against the mount.
