Default Are all 94-01 GSR Gauge Clusters the same???

are all the 94-01 Integra GSR Gauge Clusters the same??? because i needed a new underdash harness that connects to the gauge cluster...clock..cig lighter..etc etc...and one guy sent me a underdash harness he said was for a 94-01 Integra GSR...and when i recieved it i looked at the harness and there wasnt enough plugs for the back of the cluster.... there was only 2 baby blue plugs and one yellow instead of there being 3 baby blue ones and one yellow.... here is how the back of my GSR Cluster looks like

As you can see theres 4 outlets for the plugs

And this is the harness i recieved

Is it just me or did i recieve the wrong harness or what??? im confused
