So my current set of pins are rusting in places (the slide-pin itself and the ring). They were supposedly full stainless....theyre not.

Does anyone know a set of FULL stainless steel hood pins?
(Top-Mount, Threaded Body, Slide-Pin, Ring...EVERYTHING)

Some stores advertise Sparco as full stainless (but their site does not say so); same for some Momo pins.

If you live on the east coast or midwest: What pins are you using?

don't forget that you could also use aluminum pins. they don't rust (but may oxidize a bit).

Well, the part thats currently rusting (the pin and ring) I'd have a hard time painting and having it stay.
Ive never concidered powder coating though. Would that be cheaper than just buying new ones?
