Default 91 civic start problem

Hey guys I Got the main relay replaced yesterday in my 91 hatch. that was quite interesting.

But sadly the car didn't start up

the car seems to turn over but it doesn't keep running.

due to the weather up here in nova scotia the engine bay was covered in snow!
the engine could have been cold.

should I check the fuel pump and the filters next or could there be something else wrong?

what do you guys think?

turn your ignition on without starting the car...try to hear if your fuel pump is working, located just underneath your rear seats (bench)...I'd check all (every single one) your fuses underdash too, just in case. You want to make sure that your car have both spark and fuel.
