H&R Race Springs with KYB AGX's
Can i use kyb agx's on my teg with the h&r race springs? my car is prety slammed from the springs so would they cause my shocks to blow quickly?
Heres a link to some pics of my car( black teg) and my buddies, he's got tien springs and kyb's.

To add to the comments from your pics, your car is SICK clean! What size rims are you on? I hope mine sits at the same height when i throw in the Neuspeed races.
If youre riding on stock shocks right now they'll blow out way faster then aftermarkets. If you read through all the threads about shocks and springs you'll notice that everyone suggests getting shocks with springs cuz theyre beneficial. I dont have any experience with the KYB's so i wont comment on those but regardless, if your dropping the car, its preferable to get shocks. Do a search on Kyb agx and read through the results. You'll find tons of info on it. I know i did for the neuspeed springs and koni yellows.

SICK RIDE.. i have h&r race and im getting koni reds from shox.com for $308. many people will suggest you get the koni yellows but if you cant afford that get the reds cause i was told they hold better than tokico illumina and kyb agx. do some research on the search and you will see many topics. i will be installing my shocks on this weekend hopefully and i can tell you how it is if you want
FYI, KYB AGX's aren't meant for drops more than 1.5" IIRC, the H&R Races have a 2" drop, so I wouldn't recommend it. It's not that the AGX's will blow overnight, but it's not designed for a spring with such a high spring rate. Definitely look into getting some Koni Yellows.
Hey Frozty, tell me a bit about the camera settings you guys used for those shots. Since u used a tripod im assuming also you used a timed exposure to get the great lighting? How long? and what kind of manual adjustments if any. I dont personally like the slips too much because theyre too plain to me but they are clean on your car. Im tempted to do the same with my black gsr but again... not the rims i like.

i have h&r race and agx on my car for a while, no problems here either. i love the setup.
if you are gonna spend 500 on koni yellows and 200 on springs, you might as well spend another hundred or so and get tein basics

I just used the Auto setting on my camera. I'm not very familiar with all the settings. I just switch between the macro setting and the one that looks like a mountian and just point and shoot, i wish i know all about timing and shiz
