FS: PM7 pistons on d16z6 rods
very good shape. the pistons are already pressed onto the rods so i can not part these out. will yield around 12.8-13:1 compression in a d16z6/y8. looking to get 100 shipped in the lower 48 states. i can not get pics because i don't have a digital camera but my ebay id is sk8rmike18 so that you can see im legit.

Im also curious about this. Is there a difference between the DX 1.5 and the SI 1.6???

i believe the only difference is deck height, but the crank is the same. don't quote me on that though. i'm about 99% sure this will bolt up to an a6 crank, since a z6 is pretty much an a6 bottom end with a VTEC head on it.
the a6 is the si engine from the 88-91 civic's and crx's. they use the same crank so yes they will work. will not work on a 1.5. the journals on the crank are not the same size. 15 rods are 134mm, 1.6 are 137mm, and the 1.6 pistons have a 27mm compression height compared to the 1.5's with a 30mm.

hmm, by these specs, a 1.5 Rod, with A6 piston. will yeild higher compression??? With a lower Rod\crank ratio, for higher reving???
