they were working fine awhile ago then my right side light went out. So I changed the bulb plugged it back in and it blew my fuse. so then i unplugged the light changed to fuses to check my left foglight... its fine... now I plug the right light to the leftside connection the light works...therefore both bulbs work. The left side foglight works but the rightside doesnt.

so im guessing where the wires split for the lights there must be a short in the right side..yes?

...note its also wet and snowy here and the car is lowered so it takes the winter abuse.

if anyone gets what i just wrote does my theroy sound right?
