How do I tighten my hood???(rattles)

I have 98 hatch - the hood rattles at idle because it doesnt tighten down a firm as it should - its not bad, just bugs me more and more - can anyone help???

you have 2 rubber plugs that you can screw out which applies pressure on the hood. they are on each front corner of the hood.
