What needs to be done to chip a P28 to run DOHC VTEC?

What needs to be done to chip a P28 to run DOHC VTEC?
I have an OBDI P28 in my 93 civic, and I need it chipped to run and 98 integra OBDII LsVTEC.
If anyone could find a good link to a how to thread, it would be great.
