Alright guys i got this girlfriend of mine who has a problem. HER CAR! Every week there is something new wrong with it. This week it just so happens that the car idles at like 2500rpm, its a stick. I would go ahead and start working on it to figure out what it is but i figured maybe ya'll can help narrow it down. Any Ideas thanks, the car has over 300,000 miles.

 

Check your throttle cable.. Then IAC.

 

check for vacuum leaks.

I am assuming it has a carb and a ton of vacum lines?
It probably is a vacum leak but finding it is going to be a bitch.
