I think if you're looking to do a front end conversion, just get a lip and maybe some new headlights and clear corners or if you like amber.

But if your interested in a different front end, I say go with the Honda Integra, I've seen it done and I actually like it, but it was done professionally and looked pretty damn good.

There is a reason you almost nobody has it...

They front of a 96+ civic & the rear of a 92 don't have the same style, it will look mismatched & nobody will like it. Not even you...

 

if u want a 99 civic go buy a 99 civic
