I must ask why? From what I have researched, the visible light that is put out by the 12000K HID bulbs is lower on the spectrum of visible light when compaired to the other lower numbers. The bulb indeed does burn hotter than the 5000K and the 6000K but the visible light is poorer than those two respectively. The 12000K light on the spectrum is like a dull purple where as the 5000K and the 6000K bulbs are more in the middle of the spectrum and put out the "white light" and "ice blue" light that we are familiar with. After 5000K the light visible light waves produced actually gets worse as you go up in tempurature. So just because it's 12000K, doesn't make it the best. I would definately not recommend these for driving at night. You'd be better off holding a flashlight out your window.
I hope this explanation helped.

I would stay away from anything but Philips or Osram/Sylvania HIDs. Too many horror stories about yellowing, short-life, and crappy light output. 4300 and 6000 are the only good HIDs. 4300 = 3200 lumens...about triple what the stock 9006 bulbs put out.
i would definitely stay away from 12k hid kit.
higher # doesn't mean better lighting. i have a 4300 from an audi a6 and i think it looks great while putting out tons of great light. don't believe me? see for yourself:
