Default New setup! Neukin Manifold w/pics

After running the DRAG setup last season with great success I decided to upgrade a little for this season. Alex from Neukin was kind enough to help me out this season with one of his manifolds and 3 inch downpipes. I finally got to test fit it on the car today, the fit and finish on it is great and all the bolts and gaskets were included. 100x better than the old DRAG setup!

I thought I would have to change alot to get the manifold to fit but the only things I had to change was the oil return line and shorten one IC pipe about 4 inches. The turbo still aims down like in the drag kit with plenty of clearance so you can keep the intercooler setup the same, oil feed is the same, and plenty of room for the WG, dipstick, and a air filter (still a daily driver).

Now all thats left is to finish the motor and tune the Hondata and it should be ready

I used some metal polish I have used for years on valve covers, I just went over the manifold a little to clean any oil off and it polished out real easy. It can polish out much more but once it runs for a while i'm sure it will discolor unless you keep on it.

That manifold looks really nice!

What are you going to do for a dumptube? I might have to upgrade my Drag mani to one of these one day...

I had the DRAG dumptube flange cut and rewelded 90 degree off so it will aim down still. The muffler shop did it for $5

I ran it before with no problems at all but since i'm going to run more boost it is being upgraded to a Tial before it's done. I just used it to test fit.

It's not running yet so I don't have any comparisons yet. But by looking at the way the ports line up and how much better the 3inch downpipe is I would say it should make a bit more power.

I wanted to be a little competitive in Turbo4 and some other races this season so it should be faster than last year hopefully. I'm excited to see what it will do too
