How do I adjust valve?

I got 00 civic EX and when I start my car RPM is around 1800 and it seem like valve is making little noise too.
How do I fix that?

you need a set of feeler gauges and a flat head screwdriver and a 10mm wrench i think

It should idle around there when you start it until it warms up a bit.
