Default I really fudged it up this time, I WTB a 97-98 p73 ecu if anybody has one

well somehow water leaked in/on/around my ecu and after some time it corroded my ecu pretty bad,

my car stopped working on the highway two days ago, and it took a very long time to fugure this out, but the injectors were not getting signal from the ecu becaus **** was corroded/burnt

car is currently running a obd2a-obd1 jumper harness and a chipped dx ecu...(dont ask) but with this ecu th ecar boggs out really hard sometimes, i ill be cruising in 5th with like 1/4 throttle and it will almost shut down i have to slame the gas on to get it to run again

do you guys know if a p28 ecu will run this fine? or shall i hold out for a p73?

I also have a stock ecu as well, if the others fall through.

edit: and the rev limit and fuel maps will be off if you use a p28 without chipping it.

how much for the p28 shipped? they seem pretty easy to find around here, i may just pick up a auto p28 for 40 bucks and run that so im not running a dx ecu

$150 is a good price, so if you would like to keep the dx then have fun! I don't think that this is the kind of thing you want to be frugle about.
