Default Swap Dilema

So here's the deal...

I am going to buy a 96ex with a 97 ITR motor and a 00 civic type r tranny with lsd and my intentions are to rip it all out of the 96 and drop it into my 99ex because i just got done with the lip kit and my body is in better shape. Is it going to be a rediculous amount of work to the point where I should just leave the motors in the cars and just drive the 96 with the ITR motor.

I want the motor i could care less about the 96 shell.

switch the motor cause the car is newer and you have the newer interior and everything its all pretty easy to do the swap everything bolts right up in the motor and the harnesses are the same and everything

Switch the motors/tranny and any other goodies the 96 has into your 99.
