Newb: hondata and p28
I have a chipped p28 and i talked to ricky at wiredspeed and he said that i need to have it rechipped for hondata, what does he mean? what all does my p28 need to have in order to run hondata?
Your chipped P28 is already socketed and jumpered to use the "external' ROM.
You probably still have to add the other chip (maybe?) and the CN2 terminal. The CN2 terminal is where the Hondata blue box (or S100 chip board) interfaces with the ECU.
I recommend getting a low-profile ZIF socket from moates.net to make installing/removing chips and the ROMulator much easier for the tuner (or yourself if you're tuning it).
