Default Cams question

I have a 1993 uk spec 2.2 vtec (h22a2) it has iceman intake, full s/s exhaust system and chiped ecu.

Im looking to fit cams but the enguine has 145,000 miles on it, which cams would be best im looking for a good power increase.

If needed i will replace springs/valves etc.

i have searched but still dont know which to use. Budget is an issue but if i have to save a little longer to get better cams etc then i am prepared to wait.

if u are on a real tight budget, so far the obx cams have been working out very well, otherwise if u want the real things, go with skunk2, u will need to upgrade springs/retainers as well as some kind of engine management, u should just go ahead and get a good header as well before u tune

depends on how much power u want to make...stage 2 will give u more but if u are worried about smog or anything like that they are less likely to pass, if there is any chance at all to begin with...i'm planning on going with obx stage 2 cams though as they are the same specs as the skunk2's but much cheaper and so far, nobody has had problems with them, waiting for matrix's 5000 miles tear-down...
