Default throttle body or manifold first

i have a 2000 civic with cold air, header and exhaust. i want to get a throttle body and manifold but i dont know which would be better to get first, and which would give me more noticable power. any suggestions would be great. thanks

Get a new TB and Intake set up (cai or short ram) first

Just get rid of the stock air box, too restrictive.

Worry about the IM later my .02
