First of all, take off the h at the end of your username.

Second, search "shops" in the tech forum or in gdd
or start a thread there.

You should be able to get plenty of information from there.

trust me. its not worth it. i was contemplating whether or not i should convert my auto tranny to manual, but i just chose to stick with the auto. i found out to convert to manual, it would cost about $2-3k for new stuff (e.g flywheel, clutch, wires, blah blah blah). The hardest thing for me was tracking down a junkyard w/ manual tranny stuff cause at the junkyard its cheaper. If you really want to drive a manual lude, then i suggest you sell your auto and buy a manual lude. its somewhat cheaper and a HHELL of a LOT easier.

 

first of all i tried trading it in at 3 different dealers and they didn't accept my vehicle cause it had 2 rebuilt tranny's in the past and they said they cant risk selling a car to a person and have it crap out on them, and 2nd i cant sell it cause im still making payments and people wont wanna pay what i owe, i just dont wanna have the tranny crap out on me again and then rebuilt it for the third time. reliablility is why i realy want the swap

 

how can i take the h off?? tried doing it in my profile no luck
