The engine is usually OBD-1. He wants to swap the D15b into his car using an obd-0 setup. Since the D16Z6 and the D15B are so close (their heads are identical except for the cam), you can think of it as a Z6 (head wise), just use a PM6 distributor. If you have an Si or Hf, you should already have the distributor you need.

Make it fit... thats what I did on my Z6. If you shave enough metal away on the inside of the arms coming off the distributor, you should get 2 bolts thru to bolt up. I have one on right now and another bolt with washer holding it from the outside of the arm.

thats fine if you want to stay obd-0,if your going obd-1 like me you need the z6 or
d15b dizzy and the p28 ecu (p08 w/d15b i think thats it)and a jumper harness to unlock the full potential of your motor, the vafc and pm6 will work but you'll never reach your motors full potential your p28,p08 will engage vtec as well as your air/fuel maps(hints no need for vafc) and someone can burn you a basemap for your bolt-ons
